Appendix A: personality profile
Appendix A: personality profile   The personality of myself involves high level sociality and generous characteristics   Extraversion: In the teamwork, I would like to discuss with others about my opinion about this project. Meanwhile, I intend to establish relationship with more people and to expand my social network, which could be beneficial to future career plan.   Agreeableness: during the teamwork, I prefer to accept other member’s opinion. I am not the person who insist with my ideas are perfect and always find the fault of other  people’s idea. By contrast, only discussing and exchanging opinion can find out the shortcoming of our own ideas and thus find the better solution for this task. In addition, if someone give me their suggestions, I will take it into consideration, rather than ignore it or completely deny their ideas.    Appendix B: SMART analysis   Specific: my career plan targets working as the senior financial analyst in a Goldman Sachs company.   Measurable: each status of career plan can be measured through obvious events, including passing the CFA exam and getting certification, receiving the offer from Goldman Sachs company, and getting the high mark from work performance evaluation.   Attainable: the current course that I study is about the finance, and my academic transcript is relatively high. Meanwhile, I take internship and joining in extra-curricular activities for developing activities and preparing for the working in the Goldman Sachs in the future. Thus, this job is not the unachievable goal for my career.   Relevant: as my long-run career plan is to work in the financial area, the financial analyst, responsible for analysing financial project for the company, is quite relevant for future career goal.   Time-bound: within the one year after the graduation, I will prepare for the CFA exam and get the certification. After getting the certification, I will take internship in a financial related job for working about one year, and then prepared for apply for financial analyst in the Goldman Sachs company.
