In design note, only class 70R wheeled is considered. Load cases for Class 70R Tracked vehicle, 70R bogie load and Class A vehicle load has been added in revised report. 2. Water pressure inside shall not to be considered for critical case. Load combinations with internal water pressure and without internal water pressure both have been considered for design. 3. Earth pressure at rest needs to be considered. Load added 4. Passive earth pressure at one side needs to be considered. As structure is not subjected to any imbalanced horizontal loading the passive pressure is not likely to develop and need not be considered. 5. As per IRC 6-2017, seismic loading need not to be considered for box structures. The loading applied gives conservative results and hence same shall be considered acceptable. 6. As per IRC 112, as the structure is near sea, extreme environmental case needs to considered. According to Very severe exposure conditions, min grade of concrete needs to be revised as M40, grade of steel shall be Fe500D and clear cover is to be 50mm. Grade of concrete revised to M40, grade of steel is already Fe 500 and cover given is already 50mm. 8. As per IRC 6, temperature loadings needs to be added. As the structure is reinforced concrete structure not steel structure and entire structure is underground, hence effect of air temperature variation and solar radiation is minimal and hence need not to be considered. 9. As per IRC 6, load combinations to be added. The following load combination are required to be considered in the design of Super structure in accordance with Annexure B of IRC: 6-2017: LOAD COMBINATIONS FOR SERVICES CONDITION (Refer Table B.3, Annex. B, IRC: 6-2017). 1.35 Dead Load + 1.5 Carriage way Live Load + 1.5Earth pressure + 1.0 water pressure The already considered load combinations are with Factor 1.5 which is more critical than these combinations, and hence should be considered safe. However the same has been mentioned in report. 10. STAAD, center line model needs to be revised (Top slab is to be 3.8m) Noted and Incorporated. 11. Check for shear and crack width needs to be done as per IRC 112. Noted and Incorporated. 12. Also add serviceability check for box structure. Check for deflection added in revised report. 13. Rebar detailing needs to be as per MoRTH standard drawings. Detailing of reinforcement modified in accordance with MoRTH.
