I am so grateful to the whole supervision team at the organisation who have been there to see that I successfully complete my internship at the organisation. In a special way, I would like to thank my Field Supervisor, Mrs Namuyiga Irene for all her efforts to see that my training could be a success. I am also grateful to Eng. Adolf Tibeyalirwa for the exposure to the tests carried out in the Laboratory about road construction materials. Special appreciation also goes to my fellow trainees at the organisation for the spirit of togetherness that they exhibited throughout the entire training period. Surely, they made me feel at home. I also extend my thanks to all the workmen, Foreman and fixers, carpenters, technicians, masons and all the labourers for being so co-operative, friendly, helpful, assistant and united with me for all the inquiries during the six weeks training with them. Last but not least, I would like to thank to my departmental supervisor, Eng.
