An overview of the company and its customer complaints have been provided. All the data that has been gathered have been obtained by the companies EPR system which has  been analyzed using Excel. Charts and pivot tables have been created to provide a better understanding on trends and to be able to provide a result. The three main complaints associated with the company and identified as delivery, lost in transit and wrong quantity. For these reoccurring issues, possible causes are identified using root causes Analysis. Furthermore, the solution for these issues are presented after studying relevant literature material and experience Introduction the company has currently acquired a 20,000 square meter Wearhouse/distribution facility that caters to a wide range of local and international buyers. In the Distribution center Wearhouse there is 30,000 stock keeping units, lifts machinery, materials and other equipment required, within the Distribution center there is DC manager, inbound and out bound manager, supply chain analyst and 50 other employees. In modern civilization and current industry market data information is most valuable. For both small and large organization data in regards to customer complaints is curtail to better and strengthen the business, promote customer satisfaction by effective complaints management. This would definitely apply to the electronics company shown in the case study as they have a wide customer base and a range of stakeholders. With increasing customer complaints, its essential for the analysis of this data as its key to identify a long-lasting solution. Method All the information being collected, and the data being analyzed were obtained by the EPR system form the company, this data being studied is provided in a Excel spreadsheet. The collated data has been analyzed using Microsoft Excel and the tools it provides. Formulas such as VLOOKUP, INDEX, COUNTIF are utilized alongside other Excel formulas to identify various values such as number of particular complaints, costumers with the greatest number of reoccurring complaints and reoccurring and ongoing issues raised by particular costumers. The data is further studied and visually displayed for a better understanding as it is summarized visually using bar charts and pivot table. Further, the topmost product family linked with the errors such as wrong product, wrong quantity and invoice error are identified using pivot table and chart. Likewise, various research studies were undertaken to suggest possible solution to the complaints identified above.  Assignment 1: Supply Chain Analytics Student Name: Sunny Rajeswaran Student Id: 12474767   4/9/2019 5 Data Analysis Chart 1: Total count of complaint against the complaint type Chart 1 illustrates the total number of complaints that have been received for various complaint types. The bar graph clearly displays that delivery was the biggest issues with in the organization with 233 complaints being registered. This is quite high considering the second biggest problem registered was wrong quantity which received 137 complaints. All complaints in relation to the reoccurring problem “lost in transit ”  was closely behind with a registered complaint score of 127 find itself in third place. Chart 2: Total count of complaint against product type This Chart showcases the total number of complaints submitted by different product group, out of a total of 15 groups. As displayed in the graph PF12 has provided the highest number of complaints with a score of 67 which was much higher the PF11 which registered a second-place spot with a score of 58 and P4 come in third with 57.
