Here the client provides a brief to the BTL Marketing agency consisting of all the requirements andneeds of clients for promotional campaigns. Followed by it, the Client servicing personnel in support of the client will do a brand analysis and positioning analysis.Then the creative team will prepare a brief outline of the proposed creatives and communicationstrategies and present it to the client. After the approval of the work, media plan (one to one, door todoor, experiential etc) is done where one decides which media to use to communicate to the targetgroup. The agency would search if there is any old similar projects, if not it will start creating newactivation concepts & creatives. Once the first draft of modality is made, alongside the financial offer isalso provided to the clients. Once the activation plan & financial offer has been locked (approved), theagency and the client would sign a contract and schedule the execution of the project. Based on theapproval of the concept, likewise operations team would deploy the team for the activations. During theactivation, as required no. of reports regarding the activation will be generated and submitted to theclient on the daily basis.After the completion of the project, a Vat bill is billed in the name of the client for collecting the fee andactivation cost for the project.
